Freedom Is A Choice! Learning to Celebrate the Gift of Freedom.

In this month of July, when we celebrate our Independence, I feel to express gratitude for my gift of choice. "The last of the human freedoms: to choose one's attitude in any given circumstances, to choose one's way." Victor Frankl put it.

It’s been just over ten years since I was introduced to the concept of a breakthrough to change old, disempowering beliefs about myself and others so that I could give myself that freedom to choose my attitude and, therefore, my outcomes.

The occasion for my introduction was having a heart doctor tell me that my heart would only function at half-capacity for the rest of my life. At the same time, having strained relationships within my family dynamic. And to top it off, I was working an 8-5 job where I punched a time clock to help supplement my husband's disability income. Still, our bills added up to $1800 per month more than my job and his social security check brought in.

When I experienced the power of mindset breakthrough, all that changed, I have a fully functioning heart now, family relationships are better than ever, and we are financially independent. I have a business I love, and am making a significant difference in the world. I dedicate every day to living at my divine potential!

I devoted a decade to mastering the art and science of breakthroughs, so I could confidently offer it to my clients. 10,000+ hours later, I am a Master Breakthrough Coach. I call my process Power Alignment because it brings the mind into a virtually instantaneous and permanent alignment with the most freeing truth.

One of the most fulfilling parts of my day is to watch the lives I have the privilege to touch transform from blocked, trapped, hopeless...to free, empowered, and successful.
